Professional Bio

Emmanuelle is an active-duty officer stationed at Fort Liberty, N.C. She served as a Field Artillery Officer in the 197th FAR, NH Army National Guard, deploying to the Middle East from 2023-24 in support of OSS/OIR, where she led bilateral operations with coalition and Jordanian forces as a HIMARS Firing Platoon Leader. In 2024, she led a HIRAIN (High Mobility Artillery Rocket System Rapid Infiltration) bilateral operation during Operation Arctic Defender in Alaska, partnering with the European Air Transport Command to execute strategic deterrence missions and enhance interoperability. She is also a contributing writer to the Field Artillery Journal, where she shares insights from her extensive operational experience.
She previously served as an Associate at New North Ventures, a national security-oriented early-stage venture firm, and as an associate and principal for the Rines Angel Investment Fund, focusing on backing seed-stage startups in New England. Emmanuelle graduated from the Peter T. Paul School of Business & Economics in 2021 and is currently pursuing an MBA with a focus in Finance.
