Professional Bio

Captain Jonathan W. Propst serves as the Special Projects Officer for Camp Ripley Training Center for the State of Minnesota. His responsibilities include Acting as Liaison Officer with Norwegian Home Guard, Plan, coordinate and execute travel, training and logistics to support Norwegian-US Reciprocal Troop Exchange between Norwegian Home Guard and Minnesota National Guard, Coordinate resource needs for unique training exercises of Minnesota Army National Guard Units, Coordinates resource needs for out-of-state National Guard Units and other DOD organizations planning to conduct training at Camp Ripley Training Center.

Captain Jonathan W. Propst began his career in the Minnesota Army National Guard in 2012 as a Commissioned Officer through Reserve Officers Training Corps. He has served as a Company Fire Support Officer, Fire Direction Officer, Platoon Leader, Battalion S4, Assistant Operations Officer, Battery Commander and currently serves as a Range Control officer/ NORPO for the Training Support Unit.
