Senior Non Commissioned Officer with 19+years of leadership and training experience. Experience leading and training up to 240 Soldiers at a time. Responsible for supervising, developing and Influencing their careers to have a positive impact during their time in the U.S. Army as well as instructing in both small and large groups. Vast experience working with small teams, to accomplish large missions in order to improve the welfare of foreign nationals.
