Professional Bio

1LT Maketa commissioned out of Eastern Washington University earning a degree in Finance from the College of Business Administration. LT Maketa has served in the Colorado Army National Guard as a Field Artillery Officer since 2021. In 2024, 1LT Maketa deployed to Jordan with the 169 Field Artillery Brigade as a Battle Captain under Operation Spartan Shield and in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.
