Option 1: Dual Entrée
4oz portion of Filet Mignon with a Blue Cheese Butter Sauce and a 4oz portion of Slow Roasted Lemon Rosemary Garlic Chicken Breast served with a savory and slightly sweet roasted blend of sweet potatoes, butternut squash, parsnips, red onion and kale.
Option 2: Vegetarian Plate
Large Portabella mushroom stuffed with a Tuscan blend of tomatoes, garlic, parmesan, basil and mozzarella cheese served with a side of Eggplant Rollatini and roasted garlic couscous.
